Peanut Butter Pie(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
    1 c. confectioners sugar (4x or 10x)
    1 (8 oz.) carton frozen nondairy topping, thawed
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (9-inch) pie shell (vanilla wafer, graham cracker crumb or Oreo)
Preparation
    Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
    Beat in peanut butter and sugar.
    Slowly add milk, beating until well blended. Fold into topping mixture.
    Ladle into pie shell.
    Freeze until firm.
    Serve frozen.
    Store any leftovers in freezer.
    Recipe makes 1 large pie.
    Double recipe makes 3 (9-inch) pies.
