Ingredients

1 box white cake mix
1 1/8 c. water
2 Tbsp. creme de menthe
1/2 c. oil
3 egg whites
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's fudge topping
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 Tbsp. creme de menthe
Preparation

Blend well cake mix, water, 2 tablespoons creme de menthe, oil and egg whites.
Beat at medium-high for 2 minutes.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until top springs up when depressed.
Cool thoroughly.
Chill.
