Chicken Or Shrimp Saganati - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts or 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and shelled
    4 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. crushed dried oregano leaves
    1/4 c. ouso or dry white wine (optional but magnificent)
    1 c. chopped seeded tomatoes or 3/4 can tomato sauce style Del Monte tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt (I eliminate this)
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or parsley
    handful of chopped pitted black olives
    1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
Preparation
    In 2 teaspoons of the oil, cook onions until golden; add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
    Add oregano, cook 2 minutes more.
    Add ouso, then tomatoes; partially cover and simmer 10 minutes.
