Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. seedless red grapes
    3 large celery ribs, sliced
    1 medium bell pepper, diced
    1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely broken
    leaf lettuce
    3 1/2 lb. cooked chicken
Preparation
    Cut cooked chicken into bite-size pieces.
    Stir mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, pepper and salt together, then add the chicken, grapes, celery and green pepper.
    Toss gently to mix.
    Spoon chicken salad onto lettuce leaves.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
