Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. uncooked white rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    2 to 3 dashes garlic powder
    fresh onion or minced onion (not too much)
    1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, put oil, rice and chicken cubes.
    Fry until rice is browned a little, breaking up the chicken cubes while frying.
    Add water, tomato sauce, garlic and onion.
    Turn on low and cook until all water is absorbed.
    Stir and serve.
