Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

In mixing bowl mix together the margarine, oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla; mix these ingredients well.
Add flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, buttermilk, zucchini, chocolate chips and nuts.
Mix for 2 minutes.
