Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 large carton sour cream
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    sugar (same amount as salt)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients. Pour into large greased casserole dish. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Insert butter knife in middle.
