Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. chili seasoning mix
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. water
12 corn tortillas
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese and tortillas.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Place rounded tablespoonfuls of meat mixture and cheese in each tortilla; roll up tightly.
Place seam side down in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Top with remaining meat mixture.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
After removing from oven, sprinkle with remaining cheese and serve.
