Potato Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and shredded the day before
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. chives
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Spray oblong pan with cooking spray. Add all ingredients, except butter and cornflakes, to potatoes. Mix; spread in pan.
Mix cornflakes and melted butter; spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
