Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts (black walnuts best)
Preparation

Mix all together good.
Bake in 2 (9-inch) cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
