Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

22 medium unpeeled tomatoes
5 large onions
9 to 11 jalapeno peppers
2 sweet bell peppers
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salt
1 c. tomato paste
Preparation
-
Put vegetables in blender; chop.
Add remaining ingredients. Cook 30 to 40 minutes after it starts to boil.
Fill jars and seal.
Makes 11 to 12 pints.
