Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    3 c. grated carrots or 2 jars baby food carrots
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and eggs.
    Beat well; add flour and oil. Add rest of ingredients.
    Bake in three 8-inch pans at 325\u00b0.
