Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

zucchini, fried
tomato sauce
grated Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

After frying zucchini, get a baking dish and line it with a little tomato sauce.
Lay your zucchini rounds down, then add a little more sauce on each round.
Add some grated Mozzarella cheese and also sprinkle some Parmesan cheese.
You just keep making the layers until zucchini is gone.
Bake in low-heated oven until the cheese is melted.
It's better if you use a flavored tomato sauce.
Always top the zucchini with the Mozzarella cheese.
