Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen Ore-Ida hash browns
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)
    3/4 c. grated Colby cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation
    Saute onions in 1/4 stick margarine.
    Add soup, sour cream and cheese until cheese is melted.
    Break potatoes into pieces and place in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Pour mixture over potatoes.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and crushed corn flakes.
    Toss to coat crumbs. Sprinkle over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
