Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 egg
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 tsp. instant bouillon or 2 cubes
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Beat egg with 1 teaspoon lemon juice; set aside.
    Combine flour, garlic power and paprika.
    Dip chicken in egg, then roll in flour.
    In skillet, melt margarine.
    Brown chicken on medium heat. Dissolve bouillon in water.
    Add 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
    Pour over chicken.
    Simmer 20 minutes turning chicken as it browns.
