Pancake Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. buttermilk or sour milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. oil
10 Brown 'N Serve sausages
2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen veggies in cream or onion sauce
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, soda and salt.
Stir to blend well.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.
Use electric beater until blended well.
Grease preheated 375\u00b0 griddle and pour 1/2 cup of batter for each pancake.
Brown sausages and drain on paper towel. Roll pancake around each sausage.
Place seam side down on ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
