1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 c. scalded milk
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients; add scalded milk and oleo (gradually put in 1 1/2-quart casserole).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
