Cucumber Tarragon Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cucumber, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. dry curd cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion juice
pinch of dried tarragon
Preparation

Whirl cucumber in an electric blender until mushy.
Add cottage cheese gradually, then add remaining ingredients.
Add more tarragon, if you like.
Chill thoroughly.
