Granny Nichol'S Holiday Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes (3 or 4 lb.)
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 small orange, sliced
    1/2 lemon, sliced
    1 c. packed dark brown sugar
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
    2 bananas, sliced
    1/2 c. pecans
    marshmallows
Preparation
    In a 5-quart saucepan over high heat, heat sweet potatoes and enough water to cover to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes, until fork-tender.
    Drain potatoes; cool until easy to handle.
    Peel and cut into 1/2-inch slices.
