Aunt Lillie'S Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour (self-rising)
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add flour.
Knead lightly on floured board.
Roll and cut cookies with favorite cookie cutter.
Brush lightly with beaten egg white on cookie and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
