    1/3 c. margarine
    Hershey's cocoa *
    2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat until proper consistency to spread.
    Will cover 2 (9-inch) layers or 30 cupcakes.
