Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 (16 oz.) jar Mexican salsa, drained
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    9 lasagna noodles, cooked
    2 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add taco seasoning mix, drained salsa, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
    In small bowl, stir together the cottage cheese and parsley flakes.
    Layer noodles, cottage cheese, ground beef mixture and Mozzarella cheese in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Repeat to make 3 layers. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6 to 9.
