Beef Or Venison Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef or venison, cut into cubes
    2 onions, chopped
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    oil or bacon grease
    pepper to taste
    soy sauce to taste
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat. Add onions, bouillon cubes and water to cover meat.
    Add tomato paste.
    Simmer until meat is done.
    Thicken gravy.
    Just before serving, add sour cream.
    May also add mushrooms and vegetables.
