Chocolate Almond Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
    1 1/4 c. cold milk
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 (4 1/8 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding mix
    1 graham cracker crust
    toasted sliced almonds for garnish
Preparation
    In bowl, with electric mixer at low speed, beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Gradually blend in milk and almond extract; add pudding mix.
    Beat at low speed for 1 minute scraping bowl often. Spread mixture in crust.
    Chill until firm about 2 hours.
    Garnish with almonds.
    Makes 8 servings.
