Zellwood Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated off-the-cob sweet corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Scrape corn from the cob and combine with remaining ingredients.
    Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for an hour or until set.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
