1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
3/4 c. melted butter
2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Prepare cake mix according to the package directions.
Pour half of the batter in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
