Crock-Pot Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. oil
    13 oz. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. milk (whole milk is better)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 block Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
    1/4 c. melted butter (not margarine)
Preparation
    Toss cooked macaroni in oil. Add all remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crock-pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 3 hours. Stir occasionally.
