Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 regular size can lite sliced peaches
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter or margarine in medium casserole or glass baking dish.
In small saucepan on low heat, heat fruit and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl.
Pour mixture into melted butter. Spoon fruit on top of batter.
Spoon remaining juice over fruit and batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
