Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    6 qt. popcorn, popped
Preparation
    Melt margarine; stir in brown sugar, sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil, without stirring, for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in soda and vanilla.
    Gradually pour over popcorn, mixing well.
    Turn into 2 cookie sheets.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Remove and cool completely.
    Break apart and store in covered containers.
