Peach Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
12 peach halves (boil 10 seconds to remove skin)
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Cut in butter. Sprinkle mixture on bottom and sides of greased round pan.
Place peaches, cut side up over dough.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over peaches.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Mix egg yolk with milk.
Pour it over peaches and bake 30 minutes more.
