Apple Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. diced apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put all ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix with your hands as you would a meat loaf, gently but thoroughly. Do not use a spoon or mixer.
    Bake in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour.
    Cool before cutting.
    For extra crispy edges, bake a tad longer.
