Ingredients

2 c. persimmon pulp
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Blend pulp and beaten eggs; alternately add milk and dry ingredients.
Stir in butter.
Pour into greased pan about 2 inches deep.
Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
Serves 10.
