Chocolate Layer Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Preparation

Mix butter, flour and nuts together and press in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Cool.
