Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans French-style green beans, well drained
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can chopped pimentos, drained
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery and green pepper in oleo.
    Gradually add flour and then milk and cheese.
    Cook slowly until it thickens. Add drained pimentos and mushrooms.
    Pour over 4 cans well drained French-style green beans that are in baking dish.
    Cover with cracker crumbs.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
