Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar.
    Beat in egg yolks.
    Add flour, salt, milk, lemon juice and grated rind; beat well.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry.
    Fold into other ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until top is golden and pick inserted in center comes out clean.
