Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 small head cabbage
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain. Put ground beef and onion over cabbage; add rice, tomato soup and water in skillet where you browned meat.
    Pour over cabbage and meat mixture. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, uncovered.
