Greek Burger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground lean beef
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
Preparation

In a medium bowl mix beef, onion, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt and black pepper (overmixing can cause toughness). Shape into patties.
