Low Cholesterol Low Salt Crispy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up and skinned
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. pepper
    lemon slices and parsley flakes
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Dip chicken in milk.
    In plastic bag or bowl, mix corn flakes, rosemary and pepper.
    Toss chicken in crumbs.
    Put
    chicken
    on
    lightly oiled baking sheet.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    Garnish with lemon and parsley.
