Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. season salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine 1st five ingredients. Put in refrigerator and chill. Take out and roll in pecans. Makes 2 balls.
