Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep-dish frozen pie crust
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese or Mozzarella
    2 or 3 tomatoes
    pepper
    a lot of crushed fresh basil (this will take place of salt; dried basil may be used)
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Mozzarella
Preparation
    Bake pie crust as directed. Put 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese or Mozzarella on hot crust. Peel and slice tomatoes and put overlapping in bottom of crust. Layer Mozzarella. Add pepper and basil. Repeat first layer. Mix together mayo, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/2 cup Mozzarella. Cover the tomatoes with mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 24 minutes. Let cool to almost room temperature before slicing. Will serve 6 ladies or 4 men (they like it, too).
