Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 c. chopped apples
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients, then add apples and pecans.
Pour into baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
