Easy Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef roast
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (16 oz.) bottle Coke
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 bottle catsup (14 oz.)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Rub roast well with garlic, salt and pepper.
    Sear roast on all sides in hot oil.
    Remove from pan.
    Drain off excess fat. Place roast in foil-lined pan.
    Pour Coke and catsup over roast. Cover roast loosely with foil.
    Bake 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
