Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. (6 oz.) baby food plums
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    confectioners sugar
    orange juice
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients (sugar, flour, spices and salt) in a large mixing bowl.
    In a separate bowl, mix eggs and oil with wire whisk until well blended.
    Add to dry ingredients and beat with electric mixer.
    Add plums and vanilla.
    Continue beating until well mixed. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer (test for doneness).
    Cool on wire rack.
