Opera Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. light cream
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook sugar, cream and butter until a little dropped in cold water forms a very soft ball.
Cool.
Add vanilla and beat until spreading consistency.
