Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. pared, cubed zucchini
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. apple spice or cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

To prepared zucchini, add dry ingredients.
Stir.
Add lemon juice; stir.
Add eggs; stir.
Place in prepared pie shell.
Crimp top crust.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until golden brown in 400\u00b0 oven.
Tastes just like apple pie.
