Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c. onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Defrost the hash browns completely. Add all ingredients together and mix well. Put in a 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
