Marinated Carrots(Copper Pennies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. carrots, sliced
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 small green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; drain.
    Mix remaining ingredients; let set 12 hours.
    Will keep 3 to 4 weeks.
    Keep refrigerated.
