Open Face Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1 lemon, juice and rind
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 9 in. pie crust
Preparation

Melt margarine and stir in sugar and flour.
Add juice, grated rind and eggs.
Pour into 9 inch pie crust.
Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
