Norwegian Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. apples, cut in fourths and sliced thin
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    whipped cream or ice cream
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
    Add apples and nuts; mix well again.
    Divide into 2 greased 9-inch pie plates.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
