Curry Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. minced onion
    curry powder to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. water
    pie pastry
Preparation
    Saute beef, onion and garlic in butter.
    Add curry powder, water and salt.
    Simmer for about 30 minutes. Roll out and cut pastry to desired size (2 to 3-inches in diameter).
